5 simple steps to healthy nails

Tired of keeping your hands down to hide those stubby nails? Want long and strong nails that you can play with?
 
Follow these simple tricks to get healthy nails:  
 
•    Sanitize 
 
The most important part of nail care is maintaining hygiene. Wash your hands before and after every meal, or whenever the need be. Use an antiseptic liquid for the same.
 
•    Moisturize
 
Follow rinsing with a moisturizing lotion. Yes, nails are dry but the cuticles need moisturizing to stay hydrated and keep the nails glued to the nail bed.
 
•    Clip and buff 
 
Grow your nails long if you want to keep women at bay. Some things only suit the fairer sex and long nails are one of them. Short, well shaped, dirt free nails look so perfect on a man. You can never go wrong with this statement.
 
•    Maintain healthy habits
 
Some people have a habit of biting their nails when nervous. It's a very bad habit for it not only disfigures them but also makes way for infections to breed.
 
•    Follow a healthy diet
 
Brittle and dry nails require good intake of Vitamin A and calcium. Products like carrot, cheese and almonds are advisable.
